Matt was extremely helpful, insightful, and professional throughout the homebuying experience. I recently worked with him to buy my first home and he made sure to educate and inform me on every aspect of the process, helping me to confidently navigate and understand the local market. He was very considerate, timely and accommodating to my busy schedule. Matt definitely went above and beyond and was a true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Madison area.

Matt is a hard-worker. We went to Stark Realty on a Saturday and he met with us. Matt was straight forward with us on the Real Estate process. He was knowledgeable on the process. He knew the deadlines and paperwork needed. He kept the process going all the way through. He was very available to show us houses even on weekends. He kept communication open with all parties including listing agent and loan processor.

Matt was our buyer agent when my wife and I were looking for a condo recently.
